That belief shapes everything I do.
How I Got Into This Work
My interest in behavioural insight started when I received my own Insights Discovery profile.
Like many people, I found the experience unexpectedly revealing. It described how I communicate, what energises me, what drains me and how my behaviour impacts others.
It gave me something incredibly valuable: language for understanding behaviour.
Once you see those patterns clearly, you begin to notice them everywhere — in meetings, leadership styles and team dynamics.
That insight eventually became the foundation for the work I do today.
Our Approach
Starting with the real need, not the stated request.
Many organisations start with a specific request:
"We need training on feedback."
"Our managers need help with delegation."
"Communication between teams isn't working."
But the real challenge is often deeper than the request. Our work focuses on understanding the real need before designing development.
The Goal
The goal isn't simply to run a workshop.
It's to create meaningful behavioural change inside teams.
